This is the worst ever expierence i have had with this Dass. I had booked an A/C at their Sinhagad Road showroom and delivery was expected in 3days. But this did not happen at all, and when i reached back to the showroom they said that they dont have it in stock. I told them to cancel the order and the people there shamelessly said, no probs we will cancel the order. I had done all the payment by credit card and now its more than a month and half and still they have not credited the amount back to my credit card account. I must have called their office more than hundred times and each time they give me some different reason and still the amount is not credited. The worst thing is people of Dass are not even transfering the call or telling the name of their concern incharge to look into this issue. This is the worst ever expierence i have ever had. Hence forth i am never going to go to Dass to buy any thing and for others too if you dont want to waste your time and money please stay away from these people.

Microwave oven delivered without accesories

Dass Electronics, Nagar Road, has made it a habit to cheat gulible Customers...I have brought a Samsung microwave oven. It was dilevered with broken glass dish.. Upon lot of persuassion, the dish was replaced. Upon tallying the physical accessories with the list provided with the manual, we found that two accesories viz, metal tawa and steam cleaning set is missing. The person visited our house for demonstration refused to accept the fault and left abruptly...WE are still fighting to get the accessories. I wish to have a forum, where I can raise this issue and get some penalty imposed on such cheaters...

Whats more, when I called up yesterday (twice), I was told the second time that they were looking into the issue, and will call back. Still waiting for that call. Now I wonder when I will get my washing machine which was already paid for, and in what state. They have a clause which says that in case of delayed payment they will charge an interest of 24%. I wish there was a way for us to charge them the same for delayed delivery.
