My Connection sucks!!!!

My connection really sucks. I'm using 1Mbps. Now I guess I have the feeling of using 56Kbps. Dam0, I have the most slowest connection ever. Anyone can help me out??? Please help me!!! Email me at sivachanru@gmail.com.
