Teething totally SUCKS , any suggestions?

This poor little boy of mine is having the most awful teething pains for the past 3 or so days! He is cutting 4 upper teeth at the same time and is REAAAAAALY fussy! I have tried those homeopathic teething tabs, orajel and ground cloves ...
